Subject: Auto-renew doesn't seem to work

Hi there,

My account is set up for auto-renew (with paypal), but every month I have to go back in a sign up again. This means I lose 24 hours (because of the paypal delay).

Can you look into this for me?

You are right, it doesn't work with Paypal so we have to process it manually. 

If you use a credit card it is automatic.
