Obviously I was a swimmer before becoming a triathlete, so I knew this would be my fastest event and figured I would be among the top times. My first OWS ever, but no big deal, everything went fine and felt excellent throughout the entire swim.
What would you do differently?:

More dives while wading, not immediately go into swim

Biking was unbelievably difficult for me. This was surprising as I thought I had biked enough to be prepared for the event. I guess the hilliness of the bike course surprised me a lot. I can't wait to get some aerobars.
What would you do differently?:

Push myself harder, throught the pain. Become more areodynamic while pedaling

Overall I did better then I thought I would here. The running hurt a LOT at the beginning, but after 1 mile I felt alright. I thought my time would be much slower then it actually was.
What would you do differently?:

Increase cadence for last mile of the bike.

The hills kicked my butt bad. Excellent swim time and great job on the run considering the difficulty of the ride. Good job and keep training hard!!
