Comments: Quite happy of the swim. I tend to have anxiety during races. So I started at the back and took it easy. I didn What would you do differently?: Not much Transition 1
Comments: I don't know my excact time since T1 and T2 are included in the bike leg, but it was a horrific 4 minnutes. No problems with the suit, but had a lot of difficulty putting on my cycling jersey. Its the first time it happened. Also took years to put on my socks, its alos the first time it happened What would you do differently?: Buy a tri top and put it under my suit. Get used to cycling with no socks Bike
Comments: T1 and T2 times are included. From my computer, I averaged 33.5km/hr and it took 1:10. Quite happy of this leg What would you do differently?: Not much Transition 2
Comments: Not that quick. Have to work on transitions. Took about 3 minutes What would you do differently?: Practice!! Run
Comments: This is by far my worst leg. Legs were crampinig quite a bit for the first 2k, but it got better after. Concentrated on keeping a slow but steady pace. What would you do differently?: Work on increasing pace Post race
Warm down: None What limited your ability to perform faster: Slow T times and slow run pace. Last updated: 2005-09-26 12:00 AM
