Subject: The Shield
IMHO, The Shield is great television. On a whim, I picked up the first season on DVD to view during hours spinning on the trainer. I'm hooked! I'm in the middle of season 3, with season 4 already reserved on Netflix for it's Dec. 27th release date on DVD.

While a bit extreme, the actions and storyline aren't that far of a stretch from reality.
