Comments: Very smooth transition, especially considering it was my first ever. What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Bike
Comments: Lost my rubber bands, gel packs and water bottle about 1 mi into the race. Threw the bottle to the roadside and retrieved it later. Otherwise all went well. What would you do differently?: Secure water bottle ![]() Transition 2
Comments: Tried to pull helemt off without undoing chin strap and that took too much time. What would you do differently?: Undo chin strap ![]() Run
Comments: A great run. Legs did not feel rubbery at all as they have during training bricks. Very satisfied. What would you do differently?: Push Push Push ![]() Post race

Usual breakfast, arrived 1:30 before start. That was just right.
Ran for warmup, no bike, and ate a gel pack 15 misn before race time with some water.
