Venting

Ok, so i'm just venting a little bit.  I'm an athletic trainer at U of Florida and the strength coach I work with is a freaking moron.  I don't know how he ever past his certification exam let alone get a job at a DI institute.  He has no idea how to make a strength and conditioning program.  He's got my team doing offseason workouts during the inseason.  Running 1.7miles on game days.  Working out 3x/wk for up to 2hrs at a time.  Overusing certain body parts.  And then his communcation skills are just poor.  He thinks he's gods gift to everything.  just had to vent, thanks for listening.
