Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 3:30A.M ate breakfast drank 32 ounce gaterade plus large bottle of ctyomax,2 bannannas and cup of coffee felt really good and hydrated
Event warmup:

Race was supposed to start at 730 but huge storm blew in and didnt start till 850AM

the swim mwas tough due to the fact the storm had the ocean in an uproar but i finally calmed down and swam to the first buoy and got in a grove the waves were freakin huge not use to that i thought i just had to survive lol!!I made it though in 14 minutes

swim more ocean swims i guess mother nature can be cruel
