awsome time... congrats... its hard to believe you were 80lbs heavier ..!!! you kicked some serious butt today... Congradulations.. I am inspired by your times... and hopeful I can someday get to those as well!! Great run today...

 

the graphs are pretty cool.. I can see your HR went way up as you kicked it in the last mile... subs 7s on mile 13.. wow...
