Subject: Hotels in Utah near Zion?
I'm trying to help someone at work plan a trip to Utah next week. He wants to stay in Springdale near Zion National Park. I'm searchig nthe web right now and can't tell which places are nice and which are more motel-y. I checked the one place in the pak - the Zion Lodge - and it's booked for the dates he wants to stay. I don't have a AAA book here so I can't find anything about how nice the places are. Have any of you stayed there or know of nice hotels?

The Desert Pearl Lodge and the Cliffrose Lodge are very nice.   There is a Best Western in Springdale that's OK.   Have fun.  It is awesome!
