So i've always used BT, since getting a garmin 910 (wireless data transfer) everything goes to Garmin connect. Now i find myself using trainerroad, and also playing around with strava. thats just tooooo many ways to manage data. is there such a thing as a unified app that can talk/manage the data for/from all the different places? or am i just a fool for using/playing with so many different toys? oh yeah, not everything goes to GC as i'm not always using the 910, sometimes use my garmin 800 which does not do wireless data transfer (damm you garmin)

I collect all of my data to an application called Apollo Race Day. I download my Garmin 305 to Garmin and the export it. RaceDay can dowload the 305 or accept the exported file. You would download from Garmin web app to your computer and then import it. I use a computrainer with Trainer road. I download the ride from Trainer road by opening the ride in career and selecting download the file. Same thing, import to Race Day. Race day will give you a TSS score for each sport. You can track your swims by inputting each lap of your set ie 10X50 at 44.5 seconds with 10 second rest. Great app for analyzing your work.
