Subject: Load workouts onto Garmin?

Hi,

New to the site and am unsure as to whether the training plans can be uploaded into my Garmin watch so I don't have to manually create them? So I dont have to create the intervals etc on the watch (annoying and fiddly!)

I'm aware the Garmin will upload its data to the training log.
