Subject: Fell of my bike ! Bloody pedals
Hi

What a weekend brought my new bike and experienced my first ride with clip in shoes / cleats ! All going well till I tried to stop after a 90 min ride I couldn't get the pedals / shoes of the clips and crash I fell like a ton of bricks ! Luckily I didn't do any serious damage just bruising !

Any tips ?

Have you fell of when going into clip_ins

If you have a trainer, practice clipping in and out of the pedals on the trainer.  If you don't have someone hold the bike while you practice clipping in and out.  You'll get the hang of it, it becomes second nature after not too long and you won't even have to think about it before you do it.  Congrats on the bike purchase, ride safe!
