Any car customizer/designer types on here?

Here is my situation/dilemma. I currently own an old limo that me and a few friends use for tailgating. The car is old and ready to be put out to pasture. I am starting to look at the next vehicle and what I/we want to do. The idea of a stretched SUV is where we have been leaning, but I have started thinking about just a normal sized Suburban. The interior dimensions are 102" x 49" for the cargo area, rear of the front seat.

I would envision removing all of the rear seats and installing seats that face each other or possibly a J seat to give more seating. I would think with 8.5 feet a J seat would be possible.

I am trying to figure out the feasibility of all this. I don't even know a ballpark figure, would a project like this cost $1000, $5000, $10,000? I don't want to throw tons of bad money into this, but would be willing to go a few large.
