Subject: Stepping down from IM to HIM

This season I did my first IM at CDA. Next season I'm going to try a HIM, which I've never done. Any tips on making the transition to a shorter race?

I guess that it may seem to be a lot easier, distance wise.  You'll have to incorporate more speed workouts into your training since your volume will go down.
