Atlanta peeps, help me out here...

Beth Jacob is in the Druid Hills area.  There are a number of places like the Hampton Inn at the I-85-North Druid Hills Road intersection that would be very close to the synagogue.  

Midtown is where Fox Theater, the High Museum, and Georgia Tech are located.  It is about 2 miles southwest of Beth Jacob. 

Buckhead is where the Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square are located.  It is about 2 miles northwest of the synagogue.   

Downtown is where the Georgia Dome, Phipps Arena, Georgia Aquarium, the Coca Cola Museum and Centennial Park are located.  It is about 6 miles away.   It is a bit scary at night. 

I would stay in Buckhead for shopping or Midtown for arts and theater if I did not stay close to the conference.  There are great restaurants all over the city.
