OK... similar to the USMS postal events, this challenge will be a 3000 metre/yard benchmark swim.The rules are simple post your 3000 time as a reply to this OP, you must also include the pool length abbreviation and your pace per 100 m/y. 25m pools = SCM50m pools = LCM25y pools = SCYOther length of pool please specify.Times will be adjusted to SCM for rankings.

It's on folks. The only other rule Here is textile suits only, no wetsuits or rubberized speed suits/swimskins, jaked/speedo poly suits. You want to wear a textile swim skin or a FS1/2 suit that's OK.Make it hurt and post 'em up.Post your raw results and I will use the swimming world conversion tool. If you are not confident in your counting bring a Sherpa.
