Subject: phantom garmin data
I have cleared my 310xt and my data at garmin connect on my computer so that only my last 5 workouts remain on each. However when I ask to upload data, results from the previous year still show up which is a lot of data. If they are no longer on my watch or my computer, why are they still appearing as potential uploads? Is it my ANT+ stick?

You need to clear out the files under the "Activities" folder on your computer:

Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\GARMIN\Devices\Unit ID folder\Activities

Windows Vista/Windows 7
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\Devices\Unit ID folder\Activities

Mac
~User/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Devices/Unit ID folder/Activities
