Bronze Gift Certificate - not working

Hi - I recently upgraded from free member to Bronze via a gift certificate - or so I thought.

After entering the code I do not see any changes to my account - furthermore if I try to run graphs or reports or view member restricted info , it takes mme to the membership upgrade promotion page. Finally there is no bronze medal inthe forum :-(

I have emailed [email protected] but no reply.

Any ideas?
