Subject: BMR Calculator

BMR comes up a bunch in the forums.  Have you thought about adding a BMR calculator for folks to ballpark calories required for their training?   I built one in Excel using the Harris-Benedict model and I find it to be useful to consult periodically.

Your website rocks, by the way...

We are doing that now.  Except we will probably be using a derivative of the Mifflin equation instead of the dated 1919 Harris equation as that seems to be a lot more current from what I have researched.  Supposedly the Mifflin is the most accurate of RMR calculations for the greatest percent of obese and non-obese individuals.
