Ok, let's see if it happens again.  If it does, copy the URL of that page and reply back here.  If you know how to get a screenshot, even better.

Was this on desktop or mobile?  When you say 'completely shut down' - what do you mean exactly?  Did the browser shut down or did you get an error?
