Subject: Wanted: 3 hole Look/SPD-SL shoe plates
Just wondering if anyone has any old 3 hole Look/SPD-SL shoe plates. Converting my SPD 2 holes Shimanos to accept Looks but the plate under the sole of my shoe can only accept SPD. None of the LBS have spares I checked. Wouldn't think this would be so hard to get. I live in Canada and if a fellow Canadian is available to ship (on my dime) it'd be amazing. If you're American and have it available please let me know too, just costs me more for shipping,

I started riding this spring with the Carnac shoes on Look pedals (with plenty of float). About five minutes into a ride I get sharp pain on the outer edge of my feet, just behind the pedal.
