Nassau County- South Shore- Freeport/Baldwin

I'm a newbie but fairly dedicated to improving my abilties. I live in Freeport (on the Baldwin border) I am a fairly strong swimmer, average biker and deathly SLOW runner. Always looking for ideas, encoragement and occasionally a workout partner(only b/c I've got a crazy work schedule) I swim at the Freeport Rec Ctr, or occasionally at Nassau Aquatic Ctr, run at Freeport or Baldwin HS or at Synergy, and bike primarily at Eisenhower. If anyone is local please drop a line.
