Subject: strength training exercise repeated? Hi, I'm looking over my strength day plan for the 12 week Olympic HR plan and noticed that the day specifies a few exercises, and then the AA routine. My question is, a few exercises such as squats, hamstring curls, etc are repeated. i.e. they are listed individually, and they are also part of the AA routine.
Am I suppose to do these exercises twice? Or was this simply overlooked?
