Subject: Hello
Hi, New to this forum but really hoping to get a lot out of it. I am an amateur triathlete living in the Orlando area. Used to be serious about running after college, got away from it for a while, but got bitten by the bug recently again and am back in training. Now I am more into triathlons. Haven't signed up for a major race yet, but am working towards that. Looking forward to exchanging advice with all of you.

Welcome.  I hope that the site can be a good resource for you. Keep an eye on the Tri Talk forum, as there are a few conversations in there that can be quite helpful. Also, if you are looking for a bit of motivational help, or accountability, the mentor groups are great for that. I believe there are a few currently open.
