Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum and am working towards a 70.3 in Calgary this July. I'm somewhat new to this level of training and have tons of questions. Especially on altitude training. I live 3000ft lower than what I will be racing in and am very worried I'm going to tank.
Welcome and have fun getting ready for the 70.3. I can't offer much help on the altitude question as I train and compete in local races including a 70.3 at the same 2300 ft altitude. Swing on over to the main forum and ask your questions.
