Subject: Here I am
Hello everyone,

I am new to this triathlon thing, and new to cycling/swimming in general. I've ran my whole life but recently my best friend wanted me to do an Ironman Series 70.3 with him, so here I am. I still have about 8 before the race luckily, so I'm training like crazy!

Anywho, my name is Greg and I'm sure I'll be asking for advise shortly!

I was a runner my whole life as well before I discovered triathlon and feel in love with it. I hope the same is true for you as you race with your friend. Which race are you doing?
