Subject: RE: 05/19/17 Friday Funday! Did my 5 minute morning workout, consisting of a 2 minute plank, 37 pushups, and 16 sit ups.
Shortly after that, I headed out to yard to spread the 7 yards of dirt I wheelbarrowed out to the hole vacated by our old pool. Another 5 yards and I think I will have it. It started raining about the time I was finishing up, so my idea of running or biking isn't likely to happen. perhaps I will try the indoor track at our Y in a bit.
