Subject: OWS: Tri suit? Or Swim Suit?
I'll be competing in some Outdoor Water Swims this season.


Is there any benefit to swimming with a one piece tri suit as opposed to a conventional swim suit? Its a 1.5km swim. Or is there benefit to swimming in a conventional swim suit as opposed to a tri suit? Wet suits are out.

Any help is appreciated.

Swimming alone?  Not really.

One piece tri suits make T1 faster.
