Subject: 11.01.2019 Freaky Friday
Well...

I will throw this one in for yesterday.

7.5 miles of trail and wet roads in a blustery mess of an afternoon.

Have a trail race coming up on Saturday, 11 miles in Southern MD. We are planning on doing the course twice..."planning on" hahahaha

Rest day for me today and then let's get it on.

Rest day for me was yesterday. Took the boys to a few stops for candy. Weather was cold and wet so we didn’t do much.

Easy 35 minute run this afternoon. There is a local 5k tomorrow that I’m eyeballing. Problem is my wife has to go work and I’m short on babysitters!
