Subject: Training Plan..At what effort?

I am currently a Bronze member and imported the 3x Balanced Sprint Plan (since erased and will import Oly plan in 10 days).  The plan gave me the minutes for training, but how hard should I go during those minutes?  For example, my short run was 14 minutes..should I go all out...and then do lower HR during longer runs?  Does the silver/gold plan give this information..or does it depend on the person?  I apologize if this is Stoopid Newbie question #56.

Thanks.

Silver/Golds do give more info besides time...like HR zones and drills.  Just go to 'Programs' and look at the '2 week details' per chosen level to browse what the differences are-you don't have to belong to that membership to browse the '2 week details'.

On the bronze plans they can be done two ways...if you are using these as 'beginner' plans and you are actually building new volume/distance, keep everything easy, in Zone 1-2 or the lower RPE's, don't do any speedwork...it could injure you for your first year until you have consistent base to go from.

BUT if this is not your first season and have regularly trained and the distances are not new, then 'yes', you can incorporate your own speed/drill work into the shorter days and leave the long days for the slower endurance sessions.
