Subject: RE: Training Plan QuestionThis was actually mentioned in the Jan 18th workout when it was used for the first time, but I will add it to the 'terms and definitions' page too.... The notation above for tempo runs means for today after warming up you'll do 3 sets. In each set, you'll run 3 minutes at RPE3 then back off for 3 minutes recovery at RPE2. So 't' = tempo and 'r' = rest
