Subject: First Weight Training Workout......last night
2 sets 10 reps on all major groups...light weight.
Just trying to get my feel and balance back given that it has been YEARS since I lifted...will continue this for a couple weeks to acclimate my body and get some of the stiffness out before I start my program.
IT HURTS SO GOOD...it is nice to remember long lost muscles...Can't wait for the DOMS to kick in tomorrow...just in time for my next lifting session.
