![]() Run
Comments: windy 15-20 mph SSE. First half was a killer running into the wind, the return route a little better. 9 am start so it wasnt to warm. ![]() Post race
Warm down: warm the legs up and stretch, grab some water and fruit. What limited your ability to perform faster: tired, tired, tired Event comments: good run. tired from the night of work plus the wind as a huge factor 15-20 mph. Run had some decent hills to it but enough flats to re group. Fairly well organized with chip timing. Fun run I will do again. Last updated: 2007-01-20 12:00 AM

ate some breakfast around 5 am and made sure I was well hydrated the night before and kept it up to about 2 hrs before the race.
Stay loose and kept the legs warm. Not too much over exertion because I was tired, it was windy and I had 10k to go :)
