Subject: RE: What plan is best for me?You can start the 3rd month of the 20 week Sprint - 3x per week - Balanced plan...it seems to line-up perfectly with your current training...so you will do months 3, 4 and 5 until your race - if it seems too much to start out with, replace with months 2, 3 and 4 of the 16 week, 3x version. After the first sprint you will have 7 weeks to fill in before you start on a 20 week oly plan. You can use the week after the race to have impromptu workouts and rest some with low volume, you want to get hungry to train again. Then do weeks 10 - 15 of the 16 week Sprint - 3x per week - Balanced plan. Now you have 5 months until your end-of-September Oly. Follow with the 20 week Oly - 3x per week - Balanced plan. (Of course you can do the 'focuse' plans or maybe even the 2x plans if you have time or workout contraints.)
