Holy crap everywhere I looked there were aggies - seriously, every table had aggies... Of course it was Saturday, and Tech was playing atm in a few hours, but damn I felt like I was behind enemy lines... (I hope they didn't spit in my food)

The whole place was swarming with Ags. It was nice...welshy didn't belive me b/c not all of them had shirts, then I started pointing out the rings...on Sunday there were just as many.

The same girl made our burritos as the day before, that was pretty funny...yes, I'm here 2 days in a row...

*ATTENTION, ATTENTION*

Notice how Welshy is eating his without the foil. (lmao) He got quite aggravated the second time we went (so thats twice he's seen me eat mine with the foil) and his burrito fell apart into his tray. (snicker)...he looks at me, frustrated and I'm smiling eating my intact burrito and I see the look of realization on his face....I say "yes, it stays if you leave the foil on. They even have directions for you to read while you're ordering..."  LOL rookie.

Welshy: Notice how my picture, Jeep's and Andrews all have the foil...

This is where I invoke your ire by admitting that I live within walking distance of Freebird's in Houston.

And by giggling at your TOTALLY UNWRAPPED burrito. {giggle, snort.}

Foiled by the foil!?!?!?!? Damn aggies, instead of making a frikken tortilla that won't split, they decide to wrap the damn think in metal - and insist you eat it while the metal is still around the damn thing. How aggie-ish...

Just to clarify, at the University of California at Berkeley, where I enjoyed the undergraduate portion of my education, when we consumed the burritos from fine local establishments, we did so with the foil on. The graduate portion of my education took place in New England, an area of the country sadly deficient in burrito establishments worthy of serious discussion.

So, as we have established that I am no Aggie, I venture to propose that, if the Freebird tortillas were thick enough to hold all of that filling, the tortilla-to-filling ratio would skew too high, resulting in a much less tasty and satisfying meal all around!

Just accept the Way of the Foil, and have another Freebird's to celebrate your conversion.
