Run
Comments: felt a little tired during the first half or so of the run but the weather was great.generally felt fine though and had a good time. my legs got a little crampy in the last 2-3 miles. stayed fueled up on gel and water fairly well and never felt like i ran out of energy. What would you do differently?: Knowing I was a little under prepared I would like to have put in another couple of weeks at this 20 mpw range for overall conditioning. Post race
Warm down: walking and stetching for about 15-20 minutes. What limited your ability to perform faster: amount of training i had put in up until the race was limited. Event comments: lots of fun and a great accomplishment and mile stone for my training. Last updated: 2004-12-06 12:00 AM
