Subject: I am organizing a Fun Run

I know that many of you do not live close to Mankato, but if you happen to have nothing to do the weekend of September 13, would you please consider doing my 5K Fun Run that I am organizing? Advice,

list what what the proceeds go to? Charity event? get the local highschool xc teams to volunteer if they arnt racing. send flyers to local running stores and see if you can post it on a bunch of sites.

Thanks! I added a line with what the proceeds go to. I know that one xc team is not available... my GF coaches them! But I can check out the other team in town. I do have several friends that have said they would volunteer and I can probably get some people from the benefiting organization. I have plans of putting forms in the bags at another local running event and have it listed on the MDRA website.
