The easiest way:
1) Highlight the table. Copy it (CTRL + C).
2) Go to the Control Panel, edit your training settings, go to the Goals section.
3) Put the cursor where you want it, and paste it (CTRL + V).

If that doesn't work:
1) Go back to the table. Hit the QUOTE button.
2) Highlight the code. Copy it (CTRL + C).
Follow directions 2 and 3 above.

If you have problems still, just let us know and we'll walk you through it.
