Subject: Nations Tri Bike Course?

Does anyone know of any groups doing training rides of the Nations course?  It's my first Olympic, and I would like to do the course at least twice before September.

Any leads would be appreciated!

The course is all on freeways and major city streets, so I would doubt that a pre-ride is practical.
