Just curious as to who takes this and how you like it and what you think your results have been? Im contemplating picking some up, is it worth the $?? Thanks.

It's good, but I would still take Premium Insurance Caps by Hammer. I'm not a Hammer guru, but I think that they have the best muti vitamin for an endurance athlete.
