Subject: Anyone In Salisbury?
I just moved to Salisbury in the last couple of weeks. So far, I have been doing most of my training on my own. Are there any folks out there from Salisbury or nearby? Right now I am training for some early year marathons and was wondering if anyone was up for a few runs in that area.

I work in Salisbury, but don't live or train here.  The JF Hurley Super Sprint is a fun, short-distance triathlon (if you can call it that).  It's a swim-run-bike-run-swim race.  Pretty cool 'cause it really mixes things up.

Sorry, but even if I did train here, you would be way out of my league.  I'm a Clyde who could barely do 10 miles let alone a marathon.

I am for now. I start a new job on Tuesday 9/2 in raleigh but will be home on the weekends for now. There is at least one person I know of that is training for the beach to Battle full here that you might be able to run with.

There is a bike group that meets at windsong bike shop 3 days a weeks to ride. We ride on Monday at 5:30, wednesday at 6pm and saturday at 8am.
