Subject: look pp296
Anyone familiar with this model? I'm going clipless and a friend of a friend has them for sale at $45 and they are new. I know absolutely nothing about bikes so any help would be appreciated. He also has a set of Nashbar Look knockoffs for $20. Should I consider either one?

Thanks for the review. I did search online as well and couldn't really tell the year(s) these were manufactured so I don't know if these are older technology and obsolete.
