Subject: Nokon or Power Cordz?

Has anyone upgraded brake or shifter cables to Nokon or Power Cordz (or other)? If so, can you provide some feedback in regards to the performance?

I had Nokons on my road bike and didn't like them. They rattle something fierce. I don't know if you might be able to tuck them away for a tri bike and work on the drag, but I wouldn't use them again.

I have used them on all of my road and tri bikes (Nokons) love them. They work great in instances where you have a lot of bends in your cables (internal routing etc).  This takes compression off of the cables. I think that most people would say that the primary difference is going to be cosmetic though.

They are a huge pain if you do it yourself and you don't know what you are doing.
