Subject: flip/flop planned training days

If I'm looking at my 'planned' calender or 'planned' blog for upcoming workouts....how do I flip/flop certain training days???  For example, if I run/swim on a certain upcoming day and want to flip/flop it with the day after that for a bike/st day...how I do it and still retain all the instruction for those days posted??

It would be nice to do this because I work 24hr shifts at a fire station....so when swim days come up and fall on a work shift (sorry don't have a pool at work) I just need to flip/flop it with another day (like the day before or day after).

I can figure out how to move a 'planned' training day by copying or moving it to another day....but I lose all the info on the day I want to take it's place that I would like to flip/flop it with.

I think I figured it out.  I guess I just move a training day to an empty calender day.....then move the training day I want into the new vacated spot.....then the original day that was moved into the spot I just moved.  It sounds confusing but I think I just anwered my own question on the thread.  Any other advise on how to do this please share!!

It IS robably the best way to retain the plans 'overall comments' (definitions, etc) BUT if those are not needed (they can be referanced in the main 'Programs' area http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cms/article-detail.asp?articleid=630) you can perhaps save a step and move for example a bike to a run day, then the run to that bike day - no need to go to 'empty' days first...as long as the workouts are distinct, they won't over-right and you should get the individual sport workout details.

If you choose to move the 'overall comment's into a day that already has them, it WILL over-right...but not the individual workout details.
