Subject: flip/flop planned training daysIf I'm looking at my 'planned' calender or 'planned' blog for upcoming workouts....how do I flip/flop certain training days??? For example, if I run/swim on a certain upcoming day and want to flip/flop it with the day after that for a bike/st day...how I do it and still retain all the instruction for those days posted?? It would be nice to do this because I work 24hr shifts at a fire station....so when swim days come up and fall on a work shift (sorry don't have a pool at work) I just need to flip/flop it with another day (like the day before or day after). I can figure out how to move a 'planned' training day by copying or moving it to another day....but I lose all the info on the day I want to take it's place that I would like to flip/flop it with. |
