Subject: Logs in ExcelI plan on making daily logs in excel to track my cardio achievements and HR. I already track my weight becuase I strength train, so I would like to continue to use the same program. I want to record on each day which excercise I completed, how long, HR, distance, Notes such as pains, not feeling well, stuff like that. I will continue to record my weight but do not plan on recording my weights. I have been lifting weights for 5 years now and am very sufficent and remembering my schedules and limits. What suggestions do you guys have in terms of setup, and items of importance I should record? Thanks, Adam |
