Subject: box colors in training log
OK, so YELLOW means nada (which is all wrong, JAUNE is the couleur worn by Lance. and it is the color of Sally's accessories.

And pink is good, that means I trained. And grey seems to be race day... what other colors are there and what do they mean, sometimes I have diff shades of pink...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but....

White -- nada
Yellow -- blog and nothing else
Blue -- nutrition information
Dark Pink -- some sport, but not swim/bike/run
Pink -- swim/bike/run
Green -- race day

And those are the the order of precedence... so, if you do a swim AND yoga, say, the square would be pink rather than dark pink..

Did I forget anything?

ahhh, thanks. so Yellow really means, if you're well enough to post something, you're well enough to at least go for a walk...... you stunkin' lazy loser you... At least that's what MY yellow means.
