Subject: Logging Strength ExercisesI am new to the site but find it extremely helpful in logging all my workout data for tri training, but I am lost on the strength log. I have quite a few exercises that are not in the drop down menu provided and was wondering if there is any way for me to add an exercise or two. I hope so, I don't want to just write everything down under comments for all the exercises that don't already exist. Thanks  |
