I think I posted a review in the gear section awhile back but don't remember.  I have been using the shoes for a few months now as my lightweight trainer and I am undecided whether I will be wearing those or my flats for my 70.3 next weekend.  Anyways, I love the shoes. Very comfortable, don't get bogged down when it is raining or if you spill something on them.  They are holding up great so far and I have about 170 miles on them.  They are a little bit wider than my other training shoes.  So I wouldn't recommend them for a narrow foot, but other than that I have to say they are a great shoe.

I have had a pair since March and did Oceanside in them and some sprints as well as Olys. I like them alot, I have been very happy with them they offer support light, I wouldnt call them flats, 9 oz is more in the range of the lwt trainer but I use them for all but my long runs which I will be soon, they cushion is great, I formally raced in Brooks ST3 but these are nicer and cooler for hot races. I have found the shoe to be durable and a great addtion to my shoe rack. I train in the new Ultra Natural race II S .
