Subject: What size replacement tube?
I have 700 x 25 wheels, and the tube size it calls for is 23-622. What size is that in SAE measurement? I can't find that number, 23-622, on any of the boxes in my locals stores.

Same size as your tire.  700c x 25.  You may find 700x19/25 or 700x23-25.

Sounds like you have a road bike with rims that take a presta valve.

You just need a road tire with a presta valve that fits 700x25 tire. Usually the tube will fit a range so you may see 700 x 23-28c (which means it will fit 23-28 widths).
