Subject: Fueling During Ironman
A question from newbie about feuling.  I'm using accelerade and will have a concentrated bottle for the ride.  My question is, the bike has to be secured the evening before, will there be cold water available at the T! to fill the resevoir to start the ride, or do I have to fill it before the swim already?

You can either fill it before the start of the race (figure on being out of the transition area before 6:30) or you can have the water with your swim-bike gear and take a minute during T1.  At IMCdA, they did have volunteers manning coolers of water and gatorade, but it isn't like there is a water faucet.

Thank you, trying to decide to stick with the Accelerade or switch to the Gatorade which will be available on the course.
